Brief Introduction

Mr. Wen has nearly 30 years working experience on human resource consulting , leadership consulting and corporate human resource management. He has rich knowledge and extensive experience of the HR practices and talent development practices in both MNCs and Local companies.

Mr. Wen has provided leadership and HR consulting services to a number of top clients in their industries, through which he has gained rich experience in a wide range of human capital practices, including organization design and clarification, talent management, leadership  development, HR strategy, reward strategy, etc. 

Mr. Wen graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree from Guangzhou Foreign Languages Institute and obtained the Economist  Qualification. Mr. Wen Speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka and English.
